Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information may result in additional charges or cancellation of the order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed under incorrect pricing, fraudulent data, or misrepresentation.

Payment

Payments are processed securely through third-party services such as Stripe and PayPal. www.erivlc.com does not store or have access to your payment information.

Shipping Policy for Fine Art Prints

Shipping Methods

Fine art prints are shipped exclusively via FedEx Tracked Shipping. Delivery estimates shown at checkout are approximate and may vary based on destination, customs processing, holidays, and carrier delays.

Processing Time

All prints are prepared and packaged with care. Processing typically takes 2–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. High-volume periods may require additional time.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated based on your destination and displayed at checkout. These fees include packaging, handling, and tracking. Certain destinations may include additional handling charges where applicable.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International shipments of fine art prints may be subject to customs inspections, import taxes, or additional fees charged by the destination country.

For shipments to the United States, all applicable import duties are included in the checkout price and fully covered by www.erivlc.com. For all other international destinations, customs duties, import taxes, and any additional fees imposed by the destination country are not included and remain the sole responsibility of the customer.

www.erivlc.com cannot control or predict customs delays or fees. Unless explicitly stated at checkout, these charges are not covered by us.

Delivery Issues

Once your order has been dispatched to FedEx, delays caused by the carrier, customs agencies, extreme weather, or local postal services are outside our control.

• If a shipment is marked “delivered” by the carrier but is not received, customers must contact the carrier directly.

• If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided at checkout, re-shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.

If your print arrives damaged or defective, please contact eriyogini@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order and include photographs of the product and packaging so we may assist with a replacement.

Returns and Refunds

Due to the personalized and limited-edition nature of our products—especially fine art prints and calendars—all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at eriyogini@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. If the claim is approved, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost. Refunds are issued only when a replacement is not possible.

4. Intellectual Property Rights
